Mishel Meshes was one of the most candid and refreshing contestants onMarried At First Sightthis year, but the former bride looks noticeably different these days.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, mum-of-two Mishel shared a photo of herself for a Hello Fresh promotional post, looking remarkably different from herMAFSdays.

Posing with a dish by the meal kit company, fans couldn’t help but comment on her substantial weight loss.

Mishel has previously revealed she is aiming to lose 13kg by the time she turns 50.

“You look great! My hubs and I are huge fans!” one fan commented.

“Oh my an inspiration how are you? Are you near your target?” asked another.

But many others disagreed with her drastic transformation, with one follower writing: “You are such a beautiful woman, please don’t think you have to lose more weight though. You were gorgeous just how you were.”

In July, Mishel revealed that she joined a weight loss group and warned of the dangers of “quick fix” diets that are “taking good honest people’s money.”

“If you or someone you know are on a weight loss journey or program atm that does not consist of real food or majority real food. ask a few questions?” she suggested on Instagram.

“What am I eating?Would I feed this to my children?What are the long term success rates of this eating plan?Have I completely eliminated any basic necessary food source?”

“We all know what is right for our bodies, we just need to be reminded sometimes.In my case… . Friends noticed a change in my mood & exercise was no longer fun, something was not right? I was lucky enough to meet my EP Tim. Really lucky! The very first day I met him, the best advice he has given me, EAT!”

Mishel, who had a disastrous marriage to Steve Burley onMAFS,confessed to her fans and followers that she gained 13kg during filming.

“I have been a curvy woman, ever since I started trying to have my babies. It was during that time my body started to change, change to a more voluptuous figure. It took me some time to get used to my new shape and start to embrace my curves; but I did it with age, confidence and positive affirmations,” she wrote in April.

“I am now back to my pregnancy weight just before I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Eva. Not a weight I expected to be after ‘getting married’ @mafsor turning 50!”

She continued: “Even though I believe Curves are Cool! I just don’t feel as healthy and fit as I did before I entered the experiment, so… It is my challenge to fit back into my ‘Hen’s Night’ little black Bec and Bridge dress. I hope that you share my journey with me.”

In an Instagram Live back in June, Mishel spoke candidly about the upcoming season onMAFS,which she thought wouldn’t go ahead due to the coronavirus.

“I’m devastated, I’m so devastated. I just feel so bad for anyone who’s going on and if you’re going to be on there or you know someone’s who’s going to be on there and they need to speak to any of us who have previous experience, send them our way,” she said, referring to her former co-stars.

The former bride went on to say that contestants would soon be blocked from contacting any of the ex brides and grooms, but urged her followers to let anyone they know applying to get in touch in order to get a “clear picture of what happens” during the show.

“The last thing I want is somebody to actually hurt themselves,” she said.
